Returns are accepted only in case of: Damaged or defective products Wrong item received Missing item in the order Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. Custom-made products (e.g., puja prasad, yantras energized for you, personalized items) cannot be returned.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Prasad boxes, energized items, and ritual-based products are non-returnable due to their sacred nature. Any product that has been used, tampered with, or is not in its original condition will not be accepted for return.

3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process

If eligible, your refund will be processed via your original payment method or UPI/bank account within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to share bank/UPI details for refund.

5.Cancellation Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed or dispatched. For live or scheduled pujas, no cancellations are allowed once preparation has started.
